All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned for your sleeping comfort. There is a telephone in each unit for making local calls and receiving long distance calls. We also have cable TV and DVD in each unit. The main house's three bedroom suites feature one roomy King (Master bedroom) and two Queen beds - all with ocean views!

The two studios each have their own waterfront patio. A main gate is used for entrance to the property, however each of the studios does have its own entrance and patio with direct view of the sparking Caribbean Sea. The two studios and the main house have full use of the large pool and deck. The covered dining living area is for the use of the main house only unless the entire villa is rented by the same party.
Both of the Casa Boco Studios are located in the guest house and are available as individual rental units. They are perfect for couples or singles looking for an escape from the ordinary. |

The villa is located in the South of Sint Maarten, in the greater area of Simpson Bay and the airport. The beach at Casa Boco is called Burgeaux Bay. A block up the road from the villa runs the public access walkway to famous Maho Beach. You can snorkel, fish and swim to your hearts content. You can walk to Maho Beach or Mullet Bay during the day. Shopping and entertainment are minutes away by car. |
 Casa Boco is the perfect house for up to five couples. The studio apartments have their own entrance and private terrace. The large covered terrace is part of the main house. The main house or the efficiencies can be rented separately. More about the studios/efficiencies, here. |
