These two adjoining private oceanfront villas, Cupecoy Villa #7 and #8, are of 2,300 square feet each and are located directly on Cupecoy beach at about 8 ft above the water. The villas are situated within the wellknown Sapphire Beach Club on the Dutch side of the island. The two 2-level townhouse villas with 2 bedrooms/3 bath each can be booked separately for 2 or 4 guests, or together to accommodate a group of max. 10 guests.

The impeccable kitchen comes fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing, including a large American refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and exclusive Corian counters. The kitchen also provides a complete set of dinnerware, glassware and crockery and a very large supply of kitchen and cooking utensils.

Both bedrooms on the upper floor have direct access to the balcony that is equipped with a few chairs and chaise long/day bed.

The lower & upper floor balconies provide a tranquil and intimate space for sunning and gorgeous views of the Caribbean sea, St. Barths, Saba, Statia and St. Kitts.

The plunge pool on the lower level balcony is small but very private and the view from there makes up for its size.

Split on two levels, each Villa features 2 bedrooms, 3 bath, a kitchen, living/dining area, and a balcony on both levels, one with a plunge pool overlooking the Caribbean sea. The bedrooms are on the upper floor with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and offer direct access to the upper floor balcony. Enjoy the incredible, unobstructed view of the blue turquoise sea from the bed or the balcony!

Guests at the villa can use the pool of Sapphire Beach Club	Location The villas are about 2 miles (3 km, 10 minutes) from Princess Juliana Airport and about 15 minutes from Marigot. Turn left as you exit the airport and proceed through Maho and Mullet Bay to Cupecoy. Pass the Atlantis Casino and to your left you will see Sapphire Beach Club after approx. 400 yards/400 meters.
