These two adjoining private oceanfront villas of 2,300 square feet each are located on Cupecoy beach within the wellknown Sapphire Beach Club on the Dutch side of the island. The two 2-level townhouse villas can be booked separately or together to accommodate a total of 10 guests.
Many guests of Cupecoy Villas actually appreciate the fact that you enjoy the full privacy of the Villas, and at the same time all the amenities, facilities and services of Sapphire Beach Club, such as the large pool, the pool bar and restaurant, the exercise room, or the grocery store and activities desk.
The French owner couple takes meticulously care of the 2 villas and added a lot of personal touch and style to the villas to make you really feel like home, and not just at a place to sleep!

The modern, colorful kitchen is "small but beautiful". It comes fully equipped including an ice maker and a dishwasher and with exclusive Corian counters.
The large living/dining room is tastefully furnished and decorated. You will discover a lot of wonderful little decor details during your stay.
Many of the furniture and decorative pieces are unique or handmade - as are these high quality furniture that were made in Mexico.

Location
The villas are about 2 miles (3 km, 10 minutes) from Princess Juliana Airport and about 15 minutes from Marigot. Turn left as you exit the airport and proceed through Maho and Mullet Bay to Cupecoy. Pass the Atlantis Casino and to your left you will see Sapphire Beach Club after approx. 400 yards/400 meters.
Cupecoy Villas
The lower & upper floor balconies provide ample space for sunning and gorgeous views of the Caribbean sea, St. Barths, Saba, Statia and St Kitts. The plunge pool on the lower level is small but very private and the view from there makes up for its size.
The other Cupecoy Villa features basically the same amenities, size, and layout as this one. The colors, furnishing and decorative pieces are different. In addition, it sleeps 2 more guests on a Queen size pullout sofa.

The entrance of Cupecoy Villas is just steps away from a covered, gated parking garage. Each Villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, living/dining area, and a balcony on both levels, one with a pool overlooking the Caribbean sea. The bedrooms are on the upper floor with a dressing room each leading into the ensuite bathroom.
