These two adjoining private oceanfront villas, Cupecoy Villa #7 and #8, are of 2,300 square feet each and are located directly on Cupecoy beach, Sint Maarten, at about 8 ft above the water. The two 2-level townhouse villas with 2 bedrooms/3 bath each can be booked separately for 2 or 4 guests. Or they can be booked together to accommodate a group of max. 10 guests in total.

Please note: Cupecoy Villas 7 + 8 are on the compound of Sapphire Beach Club and you'll appreciate that you can draw on some of their facilities. However, these two villas are not part of the Resort! The Cupecoy Villas are privately owned, extremely well kept and meticulously maintained by the owner couple, who lives on island. The villas are very well appointed and decorated with style. Guests of the Cupecoy Villas appreciate the fact that you can enjoy complete privacy at the Villas, and at the same time benefit from some of the facilities and services of Sapphire Beach Club, such as the large pool, the bar & restaurant, the exercise room, business center, grocery store, car rental or the activity desk. Bear in mind that the Cupecoy Villas are otherwise completely independent from the Resort!

The modern kitchen in bright yellow is "small but beautiful". It comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a uniquely designed curbed bar counter for having breakfast or a snack.

The neat kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances, cabinetry and finishes. Details include:
• a large American double door refrigerator with freezer & ice maker,
• a dishwasher, a microwave
• an oven and ceramic glass hob (4 ring glass cooktop)
• a coffee maker and Espresso machine, toaster and a blender.

The kitchen also provides avery complete set of dinnerware, glasses, china, crockery and a very large supply of kitchen and cooking utensils.

Many of the furniture and decorative pieces are unique or hand made, such as the glassware, lamps, or the armoires.

The French owner couple takes meticulously care of the 2 villas and added a lot of personal touch and style to the villas to make you really feel like home, and not just at a place to sleep!

In difference to Cupecoy Villa 7, this Villa no. 8 offers one Queen size pull-out sofa to accommodate two more guests. Cupecoy Villa #8 can thus sleep up to 6 guest.

Both bedrooms on the upper floor have direct access to the balcony furnished with chairs and a sun bed.

The lower & upper floor balconies provide a tranquil and intimate space for sunning and gorgeous views of the Caribbean sea, St. Barths, Saba, Statia and St. Kitts.

The plunge pool on the lower level balcony is small but very private and the view from there makes up for its size.

The bedrooms are on the upper floor with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and offer direct access to the upper floor balcony. Enjoy the incredible, unobstructed view of the blue turquoise sea from the bed or the balcony!

Split on two levels, each Villa features 2 bedrooms, 3 bath, a kitchen, living/dining area, and a balcony on both levels, one with a plunge pool overlooking the Caribbean sea.

Location
The villas are about 2 miles (3 km, 10 minutes) from Princess Juliana Airport and about 15 minutes from Marigot.

Turn left as you exit the airport and proceed through Maho and Mullet Bay to Cupecoy. Pass the Atlantis Casino and to your left you will see Sapphire Beach Club after approx. 400 yards/400 meters.
The entrance of Cupecoy Villas is just steps away from a covered, gated parking garage.

The other Cupecoy Villa, No. 7, features basically the same amenities, size, and layout as Villa #8. The colors, furnishing and decoration are different though. Cupecoy Villa #7 sleeps not more than 4 guests, as there is no pull-out sofa in the living room.
