And the gentle breeze off the ocean keeps you cool while sunning at the very private pool or gazebo that allow au natural.

This intimate villa is in very good condition and the house is regularly upgraded like recently the upholstery in the living room. The Cottage has rolling shutters, air-conditioning, stone wall fencing, lots of palm trees, flowers, garden lights etc. Hope Cottage is a perfect escape for just one couple, or for honeymooners. The villa is set amidst a wonderful romantic, lush tropical garden and allows absolutely amazing views of the sea, Oyster Pond and St. Barths.

The gardens are truly beautiful. There is a wooden gate and natural stone walkway to get to the front door with palm trees and flowers on both sides of the walkway. The entire setting makes it a very romantic spot for honeymoon couples seeking a memorable destination.

In the spacious living room with high ceiling, there is a half circle seating area on one side, and a 2nd seating area with a couch and chairs on the other side.

The large bedroom suite opens on two sides, on one side to the front and the view, on the other to the garden in the rear of the house. The bedroom features a King Bed, A/C, a CD player and a very large private bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 showers.

Summer Season: 27 April - 21 December: $ 1,895 /wk
Winter Season: 21 December - 26 April: $ 2,385 /wk
Christmas-New Year's Holidays: $ 2,685 /wk

All rates are per week (7 nights) in US dollars, and are based on one or two guests. Weekly rates include airport escort, a welcome basket and maid service. Rates are subject to 9% government tax and service charge.

For stays of less than 7 nights, the weekly rate will be charged.
For stays that do not arrive on a Saturday, there is a surcharge of $315.00 for Summer/Fall and of $355.00 for Winter/Spring added to the weekly rate.

The villa is located near the French border and is only a 15 minutes drive to Grand Case ("The Gourmet Capital"), 25 minutes to Marigot, with all the wonderful restaurants and boutiques, and 15 minutes to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, with all the casinos, restaurants and duty free shopping...
