Villa L'Horizon

	This finely appointed vacation home, located in a small gated oceanfront community, has three air conditioned bedrooms along with three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. It has a private pool and deck overlooking the ocean.

The private pool and deck is overlooking the ocean, and you'll enjoy watching boats and cruise ships passing by right in front of your deck. Bring your snorkeling, fishing or scuba gear along with you or rent it on the island. You can fish and snorkel from the rocks directly in front of this villa. The nearest beach (Pelican Beach) is a short 5 min walk away. Other nearby beaches are Mullet Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay, reachable in a 5-10 minutes drive.

	The house is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. The picture to the left shows the living room with new upholstery.

L'Horizon is located directly on the ocean, facing the spectacular sunset of Pelican Key, on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is in a small group of only 17 villas, called Pelican Cove. The villa is very private and is especially good for a family with children as all of the three bedrooms are under one roof.

The living room is warm and comfortable to enjoy reading a book or watching TV. It has a beautiful colorful Caribbean painting on the wall. The house comes with TV, VCR & stereo in the living room, free wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill (BBQ), an extensive library and a phone for local calls or to receive overseas call.
