The private pool and deck overlook the Caribbean sea, and you'll enjoy watching boats and cruise ships passing by right in front of your deck. Bring your snorkeling, fishing or scuba gear along with you or rent it on the island. You can fish and snorkel from the rocks right below the deck. The nearest sand beach (Pelican Beach) is within walking distance. Other pristine beaches of Mullet, Maho and Simpson Bay are only a 5-10 min drive away. The property is centrally located, overlooking the point of Pelican Key at the Southwest coast of St. Maarten.

The 3 bedroom - 3 bath villa is situated in an exclusive gated community of 17 private villas, called Pelican Cove. The property is very private and especially good for a family with children as all three bedrooms are under one roof. Air-Conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining area and modern amenities make Villa L'Horizon a very comfortable, yet affordable, place for 1 to 3 couples or a family.

The living room is large, very comfortable and accommodating. A unique touch in this great room is the colorful Caribbean mural painting reflecting a beach theme. There is plenty of space to entertain yourself in the comfort of air-conditioning! Enjoy reading a book from the villa's library or watching Cable TV. All standard entertainment amenities are available, including free WiFi Internet access.

The villa is furnished and decorated with charm and all the comfort of a home away from home. The living area recently received new upholstery - pictured on below photos that show the white and beige sofas and chairs.

Several top beaches are a short drive away (Simpson Bay, Mullet Bay, beaches in Terres Basses). Two smaller beaches are within walking distance.

The villa is located just 15 minutes from Marigot, the French Capital and equal distance to the capital of Philipsburg.
Many restaurants, shopping, casinos, cinemas, bars, local hot spots are nearby, either directly in Pelican Key or in Simpson Bay - a drive of a few minutes.
