Villa Jubelibra is a stunning fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom - 3 bath waterfront villa overlooking the point of Pelican Key on Sint Maarten's privileged Eastern coastline. Located in the exclusive private and gated community of Pelican Cove, Jubelibra is the end villa in a group of 17 properties, assuring complete privacy and the best views of all!

Enjoy the most amazing uninterrupted views of the Caribbean sea, cruise ships and sail boats and gorgeous sunsets every day as you sip cocktails on your private deck! During daytime, the seaside pool will keep you cool as you bask in the glorious Caribbean sun while the waves lap on the rocks just below the pool and deck.

Several pristine beaches are only a short drive away; two smaller beaches are within walking distance. From this centrally located property you are at a short distance from numerous restaurants, activities, shopping and entertainment including casinos and cinemas. Sports bars, a piano bar and local hot spots are "around the corner" in nearby Simpson Bay, a drive of 5 minutes.

Three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining room and living area, make this villa your home away from home. Air-conditioning throughout helps keep you cool after a day in the sun at one of our many pristine white beaches, or a lazy day on your private deck. You may also enjoy the ocean breeze and large ceiling fans inside our home.

Villa Jubelibra has many very comfortable amenities to make your stay as easy and carefree as possible. Both the living and dining area have newly upholstered furniture and a fresh new look All standard modern entertainment amenities are at your fingertips in the air-conditioned living area, including free WiFi Internet access. In addition, the new owners also added New! an iPod player to the villa amenities.

Villa Jubelibra features a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to make the villa your home away from home. In addition, on the deck is a BBQ grill, so you can prepare the fish you caught from the deck!

The Master bedroom has a King bed and is equipped with its own TV set. The other two bedrooms can be made up as King or Twins. Two bedrooms at Jubelibra have doors to the pool deck. The third bedroom is located to the rear of the villa.

There are 3 en-suite bathrooms at the Villa. Each bathroom offers a shower/tub, a sink, vanity, a large mirror, and a toilet. For each bathroom, a good stock of quality bath towels is provided as well.

Note that all three en-suite bedrooms have been redecorated and newly painted by the new owners in summer of 2011, including new lines, curtains, lamps and various other accessories.
Not to be forgotten to mention that Villa Jubelibra offers daily housekeeping Mon-Sat., included in the weekly rental fee!

The fully air-conditioned waterfront home is very quiet and private and is especially good for a family with children as all of the bedrooms are under one roof and have interior access.
