SEAFRONT PRIVATE POOL

You have your own private 32 foot seaside swimming along with a large sun deck and lovely gardens and palms. Swim or sunbathe in La Casita's large waterfront pool while enjoying incredible views of the crystal clear Caribbean sea. Many other St. Maarten rentals have only small splash pools!

AL FRESCO DINING

La Casita offers covered outdoor lounging and a living area that also serves as a dining atrium. To complete your pleasure of having lunch or dinner while taking in the stunning view, the villa has a BBQ grill, so you can enjoy a family style BBQ night on the dining atrium with a full view of the sea.

La Casita is also a perfect place to watch magnificent Caribbean sunsets!

La Casita is a fully air conditioned private home and offers three separate and large bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower.

All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished with a combination of rattan and island accessories.
The villa has cable TV, flat screen TV's, DVD and free WiFi.
Housekeeping is provided 6 days per week

The formal dining room for 6 to 8 people is situated between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen enters from inside, and has also a back door to the deck.

The living room links to the dining room via arches, and has both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. It is an open and airy space with high cathedral ceiling.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full size fridge freezer, oven and 4 burner gas stove, a microwave, double sinks, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full supply of dishes and cooking utensils.

La Casita offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, and three bathrooms with US plugs and electricity throughout the villa.

Bedroom no. 2 is a warm and friendly King size bedroom with A/C, high ceiling and ample of closet space. The bedroom was redecorated recently and newly furnished with comfortable arm chairs, as well as a cable TV set (American channels available!).
