The Green Cay Villas are a safe and tranquil villa retreat on Orient Bay. The small, exclusive community is fenced, gated and secured by night patrol. In addition to the many amenities in each villa, a large variety of services is offered year-round that comply to standards of a 4 star hotel. Services include a fitness center, free WiFi Internet access, daily newspaper, daily housekeeping, laundry service, valet service, arrangements for a babysitter, a chef, or free use of the nearby tennis courts, just to name a few. Some of these services are at extra charge, others are included in the rental fee, such as FREE beach chairs and umbrellas at various places on Orient Beach!

Each of the 9 free-standing family homes at Green Cay Villas features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and two dining areas indoor and outdoor. Most of the villas have a fantastic hillside view of Orient Bay, Le Galion, Pinel Island and Tintamarre. Some provide a great view to the East towards prestigious St. Barth's. Others offer more seclusion with a view of the lush, well manicured tropical garden.

Under new management and motivated friendly staff since 2009, the new Green Cay Villas management takes care of 9 of the villas on the compound. Each villa has the same floor-plan and is built on a generous lot size of 4,500 sq ft, of which about half is indoor living space, and half the outdoor spaces with a private pool, sun deck and tropical garden. Each villa is entirely independent from its neighbor, ensuring guests' privacy.

The Villas at Green Cay were designed by French architect Jean-Paul Goergler in a style that is reminiscent of a traditional West Indies Creole home, combined with all the comforts of a modern property.

In the center of each villa there is a private pool surrounded by a large sun deck for private sunbathing or a cocktail. The half-circle fresh water pool (334 sq ft and 6 ft deep) is surrounded by a spacious Teak sun deck complete with chaise loungers and umbrellas.

The pool deck and 2 terraces are a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of Orient Bay Beach, nearby islands and gardens.

Our luxury vacation villas are spacious and offer all the comforts of home. The living room and three bedrooms offer all views of Orient Bay and the nearby islands. At 4,500 square feet, they are perfect for families, groups of friends and especially for honeymoons or for an intimate long weekend getaway. Several of the 9 Villas have been refurbished and upgraded recently, some are newly decorated and furnished. The total set of the 9 Green Cay Villas have received a complete 'make-over' by 2010.

Low Season May 1 - December 21	$,4,000 per week for up to 6 people
Peak Season December 22 - January 2	$7,800 per week for up to 6 people
High Season January 3 - April 30	$5,200 per week for up to 6 people

Studios are available with weekly rates starting at $800 per week! Discounted special rates for longer stays of 2 and 3 weeks are offered year round. Please ask for quote!

Above quoted rates are per week in US dollars. All rates are subject to 4% tax and 5% service charge. Daily maid service is included. All rates are subject to change. Minimum Stay: Low Season: 3 nights, High Season: 5 nights, Peak Season: 7 nights Specific choice of villa request will be honored in the limits of our planning and cannot be guaranteed. 30% Deposit is required to secure a booking. The interior of each Green Cay Villa consists of 3 air-conditioned large bedrooms with three private bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own entrance and is separate from the other bedrooms, thus allowing a maximum of privacy for each couple, if there a three couples traveling together.

Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a King sized bed. The third bedroom has a set of Twin beds that can be pulled together to make a King bed as well.

Each of the villa's three bedrooms has its own private full bathroom. An additional guest bathroom is located adjacent to the living area. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair-dryer, towels and toiletries. Many of the bathrooms have been refurbished and modernized recently. The remaining bathrooms are being entirely renovated.
