The exchange rates are updated daily. Effective rates at banks, and when paying for a property in a different currency than the posted currency may be higher due to the cost of currency conversion. Some owners prefer to show French side properties in Euros - the legal currency of the French side - as the Euro to Dollar exchange rates fluctuates significantly. A US-$ quote would put the full currency risk on the owners.
